Hi Hayden, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is the tailgate shell only with the side support cables and the tailgate latches, as shown in the images online. The inside hardware is not included. We do not carry those support steel rods that connect to the handle and latch. It is guaranteed to fit the 1993-2004 Ford Ranger Flareside or Stepside.
