I own a 02 Chevy Tahoe LS 4x4. Installation was pretty simple. Notice increase in power. No mpg increase. I have tested this before install on the gas mileage and I get about 16 mpg. After install still about 16 mpg. On the box it reads up to 4 mpg gains. Simply not true. Power product only. At least the mpg didn't go down. I drove this vehicle several times on a 300 mile one way trip every 3rd weekend for the last 9 months. So i know for sure my gas mileage as i have figured it every trip after fill-up for 9 months in hopes to improve mpg by changing driving habits. I have babied the pedal on several trips still not much change. The best mileage i have ever gotten on this trip was 17.9 and that was running premium fuel and that was before the install of this product. I also was driving the vehicle hard I would floor it to see if the premium fuel made a difference in power. Did a little, but I was shocked to see that I had gotten 17.9 from running it hard most of the way. Haven't been able to figure that one out. Will be putting premium fuel in again this next trip, now that I have the throttle body spacer in. Hope to get at least the same or better. Keep in mind that my Tahoe is a stock engine nothing internally done. I have bolt on K&N cold air intake, Predator tuner set at 87 octane tune, flowmaster exh and now this throttle body spacer. After all this still no change in mpg. Still getting around 16 to 17 mpg. I have lots more power with these bolt on but that’s it. Like I said I drive it as efficiently as I can when going on those trips. SO with that all said, if you are looking for a little more power than this is not a bad product. If you’re looking for mpg, I don't think it is possible. Being that I have almost every bolt on product and engine tuner trying to get more mpg. Hope this helps.

I would recommend this to anyone that wants a little extra horsepower and torque, It says will help fuel economy also but I can't keep my foot from mashing the throttle all the way down. It does have a slight whistle to it, but you can't hear to well because of the growl the truck makes.
Awesome for something so simple, buy one, it is worth the $$$$$

I belive that it really work.I don't hear the whisitleing you talk about. but feel all the power thou the rpm range. and see aligth gain in my fuel usees. IT WORK.

I drive a 2007 Dodge Ram SLT with a 5.7 Hemi. I installed the throttle body spacer along with the K&N 63 series cold air intake. The difference in the power was amazing and the throttle response is excellent. Installing both parts took me about two hours. The instructions were very easy to follow. My gas mileage in the city is about 17mpg and on the highway I get around 22mpg! Just like a car now with a lot more power. It also gave me a great beefy sound from under the hood and increased the sound out of my dual exhaust system which I reccomend to have with the cold air intake.

Hello! This throttle body spacer is not symmetrical, so it would not work to install them back to back.
