Question: I ordered this kit for my 2005 Ford F-150 5.4l and metal plates don’t line up with any of the whole to allow oil in the tensioner what do I do?Michael J. / Mar 26, 2022
Hi Michael, I'm glad to assist you. This pair is for the lower location. The fitment information says LH (Driver Side) and RH (passenger side) lower primary tensioners. The other pair is with the part number 420-123, by the Dorman brand. These are the main left and right tensioners. These might be the ones you need, not the lower left and right (please double-check). To order the other pair, click the link below to order today. I hope this helps.
