I have been looking on the internet for months, looking for the bed cover that would specifically fit the 1998 Sonoma because the bed is tapered. The first one I got from Amazon did not fix, and had to send it back. With CarParts, I found a person I could talk to. We went through the dimensions and she found the right top that would fit. I put it on and it fits, and looks wonderful.

I bought this cover for my 2004 Mazda B-4000 and it looks excellent. It took 30min by myself to install and was a piece of cake. You will need some extra weather strip for corners and if you have a over the rail bedliner as bedliners do warp a little. Anyone worried about installing over a bedliner....no worries! If you want full use of truck box height and easy operation to roll cover back, this is it! I love it. Excellent price and JC shipped to Canada at very minimal charge. Buying from JC saved me a minimum $200 from buying in Canada. Thanks JC Whitney!
