I installed this on a 2000 Silverado with the 4L60E automatic transmission. This actually goes on the transfer case which is bolted to the transmission. I am not sure if GM used a different transfer case for manual transmission vehicles but it seems unlikely.

Question: Will a bad actuator motor on a 2000 blazer cause the transmission to go in and out of low 4?Lee W. / Oct 26, 2020
Hi Lee, When you have a faulty transfer case motor, you'll find that you may have difficulty or are unable to switch to AWD or 4WD. We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine or pinpoint what part needs replacement.
