This was my first order from Carparts.com. The trunk pull down motor arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had my mechanic install it in my 1996 Cadillac. It is so nice to have my trunk lid closing just like new again!

Pull down motor arrived in good condition on time. The problem was the pull down motor gear was to tight and latch drive would not go but half way though, I tried to go from reverse side to see if there was an obstruction with no luck, was able to use from old assembly and was successful.
