Hi,
The CAPA and non-CAPA certified part is basically the same part. The only difference is, the CAPA quality certification yellow sticker on the part. The Q stands for CAPA. The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and consistent quality of aftermarket automotive parts meeting or exceeding the OEM quality.
However, for the non CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs. The Capa part is on promo sale right now that is why the price is much lower compared to the non-Capa part.
