The tabs did not line up to snap into place into the front bumper. The holes did in the back. Whether VW changed it or mold is off not sure. Shipping and condition of part was perfect.

Hi Rick, I'm glad to assist you. This fits the type-2 design and with production-date July 2011, onwards. If you have the type-1 design, and production-date is before July 2011. This will not be compatible. Please check those details. I hope this helps.

Hi Johana,
As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (clips). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores.
