Valve cover and gaskets fit perfectly as a replacement. Would only recommend noting to customers that plastic cover will not fit perfectly over the new gas cap since it does not have an extended connection for the gas cap like the OEM part (which I beleive the new part helps prevent oil leaks).

The intake was a 1/16" lower depth
I had to add washers to all the bolts to keep them from bottom out
