Answered by Grace G. / Mon, Dec 21Dorman makes a black plastic lock rivet specifically for Honda (which I used to fasten the washer reservoir neck to the car, it was inexpensive 2 per pack - available at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and likely other places as well.
