This is exactly an OEM fit! Unfortunately, the material is much thinner than the OEM panel. I think this would be better classified as a slip-fit panel, rather than a complete replacement. An OEM panel would be much easier to weld & work with, but that's only IF you can find a good donor.
Still happy with my purchase at the end of the day, just don't expect installing it to be a cake walk! Still a much better option IMO than sculpting fiberglass & bondo, or chopping up another civic.
