Hi Joe,
There are different causes to the issue such as the window regulator or the window motor. We highly recommend to have the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Nov 30Replace the motor. Bought one for 2003 GMC 3500. Very easy install. Follow youtube instructions. Its the motor not the switch. Comes with additional connectors in case you need something. Very handy.
