Hi,
The window moving up or down slowly may be the only indication of this problem, or the motor may also make a labored whirring sound when it is in operation. When the regulator starts to have signs of wear, it can cause your window to move up and down at a slower rate than usual. I would recommend having both parts changed.

Checked fuse and wiring and all looks good; tried bypassing door switch and bring 12 volts straight to motor but neither worked so guessing it is something deeper in system.
