The window motor has the exact same specifications compared to the factory original. It will function withexactly the same speed compared to the OEM original part.

Hi Walter, I'm glad to assist you. This will require removal of the interior door handle, the window switch and the door panel trim. You will have to remove the plastic cover(with sticky black vinyl seal) on the hole of the door shell which prevents water from contaminating the door panel trim. But still, it is much better to refer to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for the removal and install steps or an online video sharing website giving a tutorial for a window motor and motor install.
