Item works as it should. There is not much of a difference between the OEM part. The contractor housing and the springs on the motor/regulator cables are the only noticeable differences.

Sometimes, you can get the wrong guaranteed to fit part and you have to take your time and make sure the part is going to work for you. There were less expensive regulators to choose from, and I think I would have had trouble with them. I my case the more expensive part I purchase, fit perfectly.
