Answered by Grace G. / Sat, Aug 07No hardware with this part. You should be able to reuse your own bolts and nothing else is really needed.

Answered by Steve R. / Sun, Aug 08No, and if this is for a 2006 Ford Escape you'll need to buy three nuts. The factory regulator on the escape uses bolts, but this unit has studs, meaning you need nuts, so there is no option of reusing factory hardware in those locations.
