The simple fact that it came so quickly and had a wire adapter with it makes it a 5 star. Last place I got one from didn't have a wire adapter and I had to swap the motor just to get it to work. Top notch.

I purchased this product for my 2014 Chevy Volt, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Shipping was incredibly fast, which was a great start. The installation process was smooth and easy. Initially, I was a bit worried because the connection from my car didn’t seem compatible, but after almost giving up, I realized there was an adapter included in the box. That saved the day! It would be helpful if the product description clarified that an adapter is included for particular models.
As for the part itself, it feels just as robust—if not more so—than the original. It works perfectly now, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the purchase. Thank you for a great product and excellent service!

Hi Chad, I'm glad to assist you. The part you ordered has a two-prong terminal oval-shaped connector. A front passenger-side window regulator with motor. The rest of the two other brands we have looks similar. What shape is the terminal socket connector? Please call our hotline and ask to be transferred to our returns department.
