Came in a very flimsy box and was slightly bowed which works fine for the price but window cannot roll down all the way anymore with the issue of the bowing so luckily it’s a back window that we don’t need to put in use. Fine for the price. Customer service is a bit more challenging than the bowed piece.

You will be getting the whole window regulator with motor assembly only. The door panel trim is not included, that is a separate part from the window regulator assembly.
