Motor wires reversed at the factoryFront, Driver Side Power Window Regulator, With Motor

The installation was good, but the factory had the motor wires reversed. The wire plug only fits in one orientation, so it wasn't my fault. I'm glad I tested the motor before completely reassembling the door! If you activated the door switch to put the window up, it would go down and vice versa.
I cut the wires and swapped positions. Now it works fine.

Works, but noisy and slowFront, Driver Side Power Window Regulator, With Motor

Motor wire were backwards, up was down and down was up. Had to resolder wires and correct polarity. Motor is noisier and slower than oem motor. Not interchangeable with factory motor. Works fine otherwise.
