The plastic bag storage container was too small and put a permanent twist in the thinnest part of the seal and prevented a weather tight installation. I reordered from Fairchild industries and they use the same small plastic bag but the seals had a bend that I could deal with.
The material and size seem to be good for both Precision and Fairchild.
