I shopped around after talking to dealer ship about price on this Bose amplifier that controls all of the sounds such as key chime, turn signal, radio etc. I purchased the part from Carparts at a 1/3 of the price. I installed the part after watching a few videos since I had no clue where the unit was located. I found it swapped it out in about 1 hour and connected the battery and after programming, I had the chimes, radio, turn signal sounds again. Carparts had the part at a reasonable price, I received in just a few days and I saved about $600. in labor and parts. Thank you Carparts.

Question: Can the amplifier in the Acadia shut down the entire vehicle Sometimes the radio works and all the turn signal noises if I bang on it it’ll come back on sometimes it goes out instrument panel flashes and it goes into a limp mode would that be the amplifier?Ray C. / Jan 15, 2023
Hi Ray, I'm glad to assist you. There is probably a shorted/grounded wiring that affects the stereo system or a possible defective stereo system already. Please have it checked thoroughly by your trusted local auto repair shop.
