OEM part, good price.Coolant Temperature Sensor Professional Series

Fixed the problem with the erratic temp gauge on my Silverado. No matter how much I drove, the needle arm on Temp gauge never reached center, only a quarter way at best. This part along with thermostat assembly and a good flush, fixed the problem. GM Delco parts at a good price. i am pleased with my purchase.

Question: I just bought an AC Delco coolant temperature sensor from y'all, (P/N: 213-4514). I noticed a blue colored "spray on" substance on half the threads. Is this some sort of "thread lock", or "spray on" Teflon? Thanks, God bless..Padu / Dec 08, 2024
Hi Harlan, I'm glad to assist you. The substance could be for the threads not to lock up and prevent rust build-up. I hope this helps. You can also call our parts specialist (for real-time, live, and immediate assistance) on our toll-free number, 1-866-529-0412 (Monday through Sunday).

Question: where can i find this item on my truck engine ?franklin P. / Dec 14, 2023
Hi Franklin, I'm glad to assist you. This will be located directly behind the coolant pipe. In most modern cars and vehicles, this is present behind the right cylinder head that is located right underneath the air intake pipe. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.
