Good price for pretty good quality. I give a description on how to install with pictures.Front, Driver And Passenger Side Halogen Fog Light, With Bulb(S)
5.0/5
Ordered these for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma sr. My Tacoma is the base model, so it didn’t come with fog lights. Ordered these in hope that they would take care of that issue. Thank you to Toyota for making everything pretty much interchangeable between models. I installed these this afternoon, took me about 3-4 hours to do. As long as you know how to run wire if you will be fine. Hooked all the connections up and tested, they work great! On the wiring side, you take the red on the side that is in your engine bay and hook it into your battery, ground to a ground. On the switch side you run the yellow wire trough the fire wall, luckily I had already run wires through there before, after that you hook both of the yellows together. Ground the ground from the switch to the ground inside the cab. There is a bolt at the bottom of where all of your wiring is. As far as the red from the switch you can hook that up to an ignition wire, so that the come on when you turn the key. I used a gray wire on the lowest harness on that wire block. As far as mounting the switch, there is a block off plate on the left hand side of the steering wheel. You just pull three bolts on the bottom of that dash piece. They are close to the floor board. After you take those three out it’s just clips holding the rest of that dash piece in. Just pop out that little plastic block off and the switch slips right in. Connect the wire harness to the switch before you slip in it, It is hard to reach. After that you should be good to go.
Pros - gives you some clean fog light.
They are very bright for halogen bulbs
Pretty simple to wire up.
Cons - The fitting that goes around the light isn’t exactly a fit but it does work and it looks relatively good from a galloping horse, lol jk.
Having to run all the wiring and figuring out where the wires go. The instructions weren't very clear.
