Hi Justin, I'm pleased to assist you. One is the check valve, and the other is for pressurizing the tank. You should be able to find the connection where that tube is supposed to go. If you have a tube in the tank with the filter on the end, you know it (the missing fuel line) just needs a straight tube into the tank from a barbed port (where the other end hooks to).
