Hi Truckneed, I'm glad to help you out. No. As stated, this is only compatible with the 2-door models. Unfortunately, we currently don't carry direct-fit gas tanks for the 2003 4-door Trailblazers. We suggest checking the local parts stores around your area or the GM dealership directly on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

Hi,
There is a small tube protruding on the side near the other big hole for the fuel filler pipe. That is the vent as i see it. Besides this is made exactly to match the factory OEM original specifications of the fuel tank of your selected vehicle application.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sat, Jan 09Yes, that is for the vent tube. There should also be a float ball in your old tank. Be sure to put that in the new tank. It's purpose is to rise up the neck to prevent overfilling.
