Everything fits except the grommet and the fuel vapor vent valve. It’s larger and has a different flange edge then the original tank.

When I replaced the tank in my 2011 ford crown vic. I went to the local ford dealer and bought a new vent valve solenoid and rubber gasket. The dealer got the parts in a couple days. I do not recall the part # , but parts were available from the ford dealer.
