The packing could have been better because one of the hooks got bent during shipping, but my mechanic said it wouldn't be a problem, so if your mechanic wants to charge a lot for a part, I recommend doing what I did and asking if they can install a part that you provide, this one. Glad I bought this from <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com.</a>
