Arrived in good condition, good, protective packaging. When I installed it, the plastic retainers were not very strong. The outer ends would not stay tight against the grille. Partly how it was made, partly the retainers. I know that this would meet the same fate at the original on it's first trip through a car wash which I can no longer do.

I gave them 5 stars be the Customer Service was excellent. She sent my call to the parts dept I didn't know what it was called but he went by what I described and it came when he said it would and it was a perfect fit.

Overall good product, but I needed the gold chevy bowtie that goes in the middle too. Carparts did not sell this item with the bow tie. Original was damaged in a collision.
