1962 Comet - Heater Core, With Standard Duty Heater - REPF503012Heater Core, With Factory Air, 7X6 Inch Core Size

1962 Mercury Comet - It fit the box well, but I did have to elongate the holes in the box about 5/8", not the firewall. However, the lower tube interfered with the smaller heater box just a bit, I had to modify it by cutting out a notch, covering the hole with the sound/heat insulation material I used on the floor. The workaround seems to work well. It's also a little thinner than the original, so I beefed up the gasket to fill in the space.
