Yes, but I found that it was the inlet and outlet pieces that became brittle and had gone into the heater core. They don't come with those pieces. I had to go to a scrap yard and luckily enough found my year model and thankfully the pieces were in spectacular shape but then later my intake or exhaust stem went through one of the cylinders so much for that. I have all these replacement parts for a 98 Sentra that I can give if interested even the brain.

It does not come with any fittings. Just the heater core. I found mine at a junk yard. The fittings are discontinued.
