If I had read the instructionsHitch 2 In. Receiver

Okay, I admit, I didn't correctly interpret the instructions, and therefore had to undo some of the work and then redo it. I'm a word guy and the instructions were just pictures. So I added about 20 minutes to the job. BUT, the good part is I bought it, it came 2 days before it was supposed to, I installed it and used it twice before I was supposed to get it. The Curt hitch looks good and works well, and I'm very pleased with the purchase experience.
