First, I'm very happy with the shipping time (and cost.) Very FAST --- I received it in 4 business days of ordering! Secondly, it was a perfect fit as advertised. It literally took about 10 minutes of install time as it states. Depending on how organized you are, it can take longer to unpack from the box, get your tools and clean up than it is to install. I haven't towed anything yet, but by the looks of it, the hitch is made of top quality materials and craftsmanship. I think the only fault I see is that when I looked to see how my factory tow package wires and mounting bracket would go, the bottom bracket is suppose to attach to the underside of the hitch, according to the directions. I don't see how it would do so, but maybe there is an easy work around/alternative. But not a big deal. All in all an exceptional deal and a solid company to buy from.
