Ordered a hitch for my 2016 Santa Fe and got it in just a few days - fast delivery as always. The hitch went on with just a more work than expected. The muffler side didn't fit exact as hitches I've got in the past for other vehicles. I had to use a jack to push it up about an 1/8" to get the side bolts in. Other than that the hitch is solid and works great. I will come back again to JC Whitney for other items in the future.

I installed it on my 2002 Mazda truck with little difficulty. I am not the best with tools either. Quality made and only took 30 minutes to install. I am WELL pleased with my hitch!
