I ordered the hitch and it was to my door in 3 days. It fit very will all of the bolts that were required came with it. I used two floor jacks to hold it in place while I installed it, and it still took me over an hour to do. I would say their time line is very optimistic.

The hitch was quick and easy to install. I have used it a few times and so far I have had no problems. I use my Subaru to pull a 7x4 small utility trailer and a small camping trailer.

I did not have to drill anything but I did have to add 1" spacers on the 2 bolts at the bumper on my 08 Chevy Silverado 1500.
