This was a good purchase, It looks and fits great. The box it was shipped in didn't hold up though and one corner was sticking out. Nothing was damaged though as this is a pretty robust item. It was a very good fit on my Xterra. The instructions say to undo the exhaust mounts and lower it to position the hitch but after breaking one of the bolts I removed the rear bumper instead. It tool a little longer but the installation was still very easy.

Looks like OEM and bolted on easily. I did not have a plastic shield to modify like the instructions addressed, so all I did was bolt it on and go. Easiest modification I've ever done!
