I received the hitch in a large box that was battered, smashed and ripped open but there was no damage to the hitch. This hitch was not a direct match for my vehicle and there is no way to make it work so now I have to figure out how to return this item that is super heavy.

After shopping the local auto parts stores for a bolt on frame hitch for my 2005 Explorer Sport Trac I went on line and your web site came up among others your price and free shipping offer made it a no risk deal. Local auto parts stores wanted at least a hundred dollars more and a week to get it. I ordered it on a Sunday night and had it on Tuesday afternoon. The information said 30 minute install no drilling and two men. It took me about an hour by myself ( I am 68 years old) and went in as suggested. The only change I had to make was to move the wire harness which it said in the instructions to do. it fits and looks like it came from the factory. Thanks for a great product at a great value.
