Hello! It's possible that the switch has failed, thought I would check the fuse and wiring to the motor first.

Answered by Mitchell D. / Fri, Oct 16The switch that I installed also has a seat tilt function. If your switch does not move the seat forward or back see if it is made to tilt the seat. If the fuse checks out good, then disconnect the switch from the connector and reconnect it and test it for functionality. If nothing happens I would say it is the switch. Hope this helps.
