No you don’t. The sway bar doesn’t affect your alignment, it only affects (helps prevent) body roll. No you don’t need an alignment after installing these.

Although worn-out sway bar links can sometimes cause steering wheel vibrations and create a rattling or knocking sound over bumps, there was no report of a vehicle front-end shaking due to worn-out sway bar links.
