The acdelco compressor is a oem all new compressor I liked and ordered it due to it bein acdelco and had a 2 yr free replacement most important every internal and external part was new

Hi Michael, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, it does come with a certain amount of oil. But manufacturers recommend that you drain the "shipping oil" and refill with "proper PAG oil" (amount) upon installation. The other purpose of the added oil is to protect the compressor during its stay on the dealer's shelves, retailers' stores, and in the course of transport.
