You have to simply consult with your dealership and provide them your vehicle's VIN number so they can give you the matching OEM Factory original part number for your truck. This factory original antenna by AC Delco replaces OE part numbers-22762364 or 23447542. If any of this 2 part numbers is given to you by the dealership, this would be the exact matching antenna for your truck.
