Went right in, looks like an exact copy of the factory filter. You can trust anything that says Beck Arnley on it to be top of the line. Honda does not have a maintenance schedule for this part, but I figure by changing my fluid every 30,000 miles, and this filter every 60,000 miles it may help keep the transmission a little cleaner, and thus extend it's life a little. Time will tell.
