Hi Franklin, Yes, these are pressed into the control arms. The set includes the nuts.

Yes it does need to get pressed in and most auto parts store will loan you the press to do it. It is one of the easiest to press in and out. You have to press the old one out. Some of them have an alignment mark so make sure you find it. Also there are a couple of snap rings that have to be removed before you can take the old one out and you have to take them off the new one so you can press it in first.
