So yes, this is noticably less quality than the stock OEM part. The plastic is a little more brittle feeling, and there are no rubber bumpers around the motor housing. I ordered the fan motor and resistor together, expecting them to arrive in 2 days like it said in checkout. It took a week for the fan to come in, and the resistor followed a few days after the fan. I specifically went with carparts.com because of the shipping speed. The added savings was just a bonus. I was able to bang my original motor on the ground and blow it out with compressed air to restore functionality, so I was able to get by until this arrived. I find replaced the motor and resistor, the hearts did not come with the two screws you needed to attach the resistor to the housing. I had to pull the old screws off of the original housing, but one of the screws was seized, so I had to modify a different screw replace it with. It with. Overall this feels like a very cheap knockoff, but the motor does blow hard, and it's quiet and balanced from what I can tell, and save my original motor and resistor in case this cheap one goes out. But it is working right out of the box just fine.
