Direct fit for my 2007 S40. Had to use old rubber grommets, since they were different from the ones that came with it.

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
The part shows to have a 2 mounting hole bracket to install it. Checking our listing again, i didn't found an option for the same part with 3 mounting hole bracket however.
