Answered by Arnel E. / Wed, Mar 16When you say Fender Liner, are you referring to the plastic inner fender well? Because it does not work for that. This part is for lining up the front bumper cover with the front of the fender. If you have purchased a new bumper cover from GM, it will be included and all ready riveted on the bumper cover. I do not know if it comes included on aftermarket bumper covers. Basically those 4 long plastic pins that you see are what keep the bumper aligned with the front of the fender when you are installing the bumper. I hope this helps.
