Had a minor delay to shipping but communication was good, and arrived according to time they said it would. Bumper did come folded in package, but had no damage and went to normal shape easily no heat gun needed. Overall happy with the upgrade to the car.

Samples of the clips and other non-reusable installation items can be taken to an auto supply store and purchased there.
