Hello, ( Order #CSC14475195 ), The only reason our transaction gets even one star is that your technical service person, Samuel, did a fine job of trying to rectify the snow-balling problems encountered while trying to procure the correct bumper cover for my 2013 Chrysler 200 Convertible with dual exhaust. After receiving two bumper covers (both of which, with great pain and effort, could not be made to fit my car) the body-shop had to dig the old bumper cover out of the trash and performed something of a repair on it. Once somewhat repaired, the original bumper has been re-installed and the final body-work can commence. When will your organization come and pick up the two bumpers that were sent to me? When will I be reimbursed for the charge? And, is there any chance of some compensation for all the back-and-forth foolishness I have had to endure during this more than one MONTH-long disaster where I have not had a car?
