Was like one but I had a little trouble unfolding it. I couldn't find the unfolding information sheet with it. I had to look at several videos on the web to do it
But I also found videos on painting the bumper so it all worked out for me. Thanks

Yes, you could potentially replace your current 2013-2015 Lincoln MKZ bumper with one that doesn't have the tow hook hole and sensor hole, even if your current one does.
