As per checking, this item does not come with clips or the installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. They have the list of parts related to this.

But there are occassions and circumstances, the bumper covers are not folded when delivered due to the complexity of the design and size. Yes, I fully understand the crease markings it would endure upon folding, and how it would go back to its original shape and form.
