Exact fit, at a great price. Received them within 3-4 business days after placing order. One note: They do not come with the mounting screws. I did an on-line chat with JC Whitney and was told the screws come with the ends. The screws DO NOT come with the ends, and if you don't have them, Chrysler dealerships do not stock or carry them. They are metric and next to impossible to find other than a junkyard and spraying them black.
